Data Deletion Request

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data from our backend system, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Written Request: You must either a) use the in-app contact form and select reason "Deletion" or b) submit a written request to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) via email at [email protected]. The request should clearly state your intent to have your data deleted and must include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a detailed description of the data you wish to be deleted.

  2. Verification: Upon receiving your request, we will take steps to verify your identity. This may include requesting additional information or documentation to ensure the security and authenticity of the request.

  3. Processing Time: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and begin processing the deletion of your data. Please note that data deletion requests may take up to 30 days to process.

  4. Exclusions: Certain data may be exempt from deletion under applicable law, including but not limited to data required for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes. You will be notified if any such exemptions apply to your request.

  5. Irrevocability: Please be aware that once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. By submitting a deletion request, you acknowledge and agree to the permanent removal of your data.

  6. Legal Recourse: If you believe your data deletion request has not been handled in accordance with applicable laws or our Privacy Policy, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
